3. Applicability and Changes
These Terms will be displayed clearly on the registration page and homepage. The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms, subject to Malaysian law. Users will be notified of significant changes 10 to 30 days prior to enforcement.

4. Membership Agreement
Users must be 14 years or older. Membership is granted upon submission of registration and acceptance by the Company. The Company may reject or revoke registration if fraudulent, duplicative, or harmful to the platform.

Members are responsible for keeping their personal information accurate and updated. The Company is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect data.

Members are solely responsible for managing their ID and password. The Company is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

The Company may notify Members via email, phone, or site messages. Important updates may be posted on the Site.

8. Company Obligations
The Company shall provide continuous and stable service and protect user data per Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Service Provision
Services include access to Campaigns and any additional features the Company may introduce. Service availability may vary and may be interrupted for maintenance.

The Company may alter, suspend, or discontinue services, especially free features, without prior compensation.

The Company may send promotional content via digital means, with opt-out options provided for Members.

13. Intellectual Property
All service elements and content are owned by the Company unless otherwise stated.

14. Member Content
Members retain copyright to their Posts. However, by participating in Campaigns, Members grant the Company the right to use such content for marketing within defined limits.

Content that violates laws, ethics, or Company policy may be removed without notice.

16. Copyright & License for Campaigns
When compensation is provided, Members grant the Company rights to use, reproduce, and distribute content for promotional purposes.

Members must maintain content visibility for 6 months post-Campaign unless otherwise specified.

By linking social media accounts, Members agree to the Company's access under respective platform APIs. Data collected is used strictly for Campaign-related functions. Members can disconnect accounts at any time unless a Campaign is active.

21. Advertorial Disclosure
Members must include required disclosures (e.g., sponsored taglines) in Posts per Malaysian consumer law.

22. Payments and Refunds
Payment methods include credit/debit cards. Refunds may be issued under conditions stated within each Campaign, and in accordance with Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act.

23. Rewards and Points
Rewards are issued as Points. Conversion to cash may be subject to tax deductions and minimum thresholds.

24. Point Correction and Expiry
Fraudulent activity may result in Point cancellation. Points unused for two years will expire.

25. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time. The Company may also terminate accounts for violation of Terms.

26. Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for over 12 months may be marked dormant and restricted.

27. Service Restrictions
Users in violation may face service suspension, Point withdrawal limits, or permanent bans.

The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, third-party actions, or Member negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be settled in Kuala Lumpur courts.
